About the role
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and engaging content for our users. You’ll turn complex technical concepts into simple guides and documentation.
Responsibilities
Write and maintain product documentation and API guides.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure accuracy in content.
Develop tutorials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Maintain consistency in style and voice across all materials.
Support product launches with user-facing guides.
Requirements
2+ years of technical writing experience.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Familiarity with SaaS, APIs, or workflow automation.
Ability to translate technical terms into user-friendly content.
Experience with documentation tools like Markdown or Notion.
