About the role
We’re seeking a Sales Development Lead to drive growth at Aurius. You’ll identify new opportunities, manage outreach, and build the pipeline that powers revenue.
Responsibilities
Research and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
Manage outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and targeting.
Report on performance and improve lead generation strategies.
Requirements
3+ years of sales or business development experience.
Proven success in SaaS or B2B lead generation.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
