About the role
We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to build lasting relationships with our users. You’ll ensure customers succeed with Aurius, helping them maximize value and drive growth.
Responsibilities
Onboard new customers and guide them through setup.
Serve as the primary contact for customer accounts.
Track customer health and proactively resolve issues.
Share feedback with product and engineering to improve Aurius.
Drive adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
3+ years in customer success or account management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with SaaS or B2B workflows.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts.
Customer-first mindset and problem-solving ability.
