Customer Success Manager

About the role

We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to build lasting relationships with our users. You’ll ensure customers succeed with Aurius, helping them maximize value and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through setup.

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer accounts.

  • Track customer health and proactively resolve issues.

  • Share feedback with product and engineering to improve Aurius.

  • Drive adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with SaaS or B2B workflows.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts.

  • Customer-first mindset and problem-solving ability.
